Delivery
The stated delivery period within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.
Payment
- Girl360 accepts PayPal and most major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard.
- All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Cancelling an Order/Returns Procedure
- If you haven’t submitted an order, you may clear the items in your shopping basket at any time by clicking the “Remove” button next to the product you do not wish to purchase in your shopping basket.
- Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase to receive a refund. After 7 days, only an exchange or credit will be issued.
Exchange Procedures
Girl360 will be happy to exchange for the same item a product that is damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped.
