No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Girl360 until we accept your order by shipping the product to you.

The stated delivery period within which you will receive your order is approximate.
Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.

All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

If you haven’t submitted an order, you may clear the items in your shopping cart at any time by changing the quantity to "0" for the product you do not wish to purchase and then refresh your shopping cart.
Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase to receive a refund. After 7 days, only an exchange or credit will be issued.

Girl360 will be happy to exchange for the same item a product that is damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped.

This contest is open to girls ages 9 and up. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian in order to enter. One winner annually will be featured on Girl360.net, will receive a Girl360 shirt and greeting card set, and will receive a $500 scholarship. Contest applicants should submit an essay detailing why they should be the next Girl of the Month, and who has inspired them. This skills-based contest is a chance for you to express your creativity, tell your story and share your inspirations with other girls. The most important rule of all? Have fun!
